Piers is Vice President of Amazon Ads Europe, based in London. His sales and accounts teams across Europe work with brands to help design ad experiences that delight customers and deliver meaningful business results. Prior to this, Piers was in Seattle leading engineering, product development and business development functions for Amazon's automated marketing channels like affiliates, paid search and email. He was also President of the AmazonSmile foundation, Amazon's charitable giving program, for a number of years. Piers and his family reside in London.

Phil has been with Amazon for five years, beginning his journey leading Amazon’s Global Agency Development team, which has led him to his current position as Managing Director of Amazon Ads UK. Phil is based in London and works with teams across Amazon globally and in Europe to develop and execute Amazon Ads agenda and goals across both advertisers and agencies. Prior to Amazon, Phil worked in a variety of leadership positions at Dentsu, Google, and Zenith.

Prior to joining Twitch, Rachel held communications leadership roles at Tanium, Twitter and WIRED.
