Eva has 25 years experience in the industry, having started in 2000 as a digital buyer and has spent this quarter of a century working exclusively within media agencies. She quickly moved into planning roles, before making the transition into media strategy in 2008. She became Head of Strategy for Starcom in 2013, moving to Havas Media as Chief Strategy Officer in 2018 and has been the Chief Strategy Officer of PHD since 2023.

Nicky Morgan
Nicky Morgan (The Rt Hon the Baroness Morgan of Cotes) is a former MP and Minister. Nicky served in the Cabinets of David Cameron and Boris Johnson as, respectively, Minister for Women and Equalities, Education Secretary and Digital, Culture, Media and Sport Secretary.
