To kick things off, IAB UK will set the scene on the current CTV landscape in the UK, delving into IAB Compass research to look at the present state of the market, future opportunities, and why evolving standards is crucial to unlocking further growth.

Key industry players will delve into current challenges including transparency, brand safety/suitability and fragmentation to help us unpick where shared standards are needed.

During this session, we’ll bring together experts from across the CTV space to focus on how to resolve the issue of fragmentation, and in addition to global developments from IAB Tech Lab, discuss what standards the UK market needs specifically.

Head of Addressable Activation for KINESSO UK&INathan is Head of Addressable Activation at KINESSO UK&I, IPG Mediabrands’ tech driven performance agency, where he is responsible for best in class activation, enhancing their product proposition and overseeing its operational excellence.
Nathan oversees a team of traders across four markets in EMEA which executes campaigns in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs) across multiple channels such as Display, Video, DOOH and Audio. By integrating cutting-edge technologies and analytics, he ensures that clients achieve maximum ROI from their advertising investments.
Nathan has also played a pivotal role in advancing KINESSO’s programmatic capabilities, driving growth through partnerships with leading DSPs and technology partners.
Prior to KINESSO, Nathan led the Programmatic team at Essence for BT Group, which grew exponentially and spearheaded the digital transformation and advanced its programmatic investments delivering award-winning work.
Pippa Scaife

Vice President of Global Partnerships, NBCUniversalAs the Vice President of Global Partnerships, Pippa is responsible for NBCUniversal’s global digital sales strategy, including developing innovative digital solutions that deliver global scale and efficiency for advertisers. Pippa also leads sales for NBCUniversal’s newly launched global premium video marketplace, a partnership with FreeWheel and over 40 leading publishers across the world.
Prior to NBCUniversal, Pippa was the Senior Commercial Director for Digital, Strategy, Programmatic and Innovation at CNN International. During her time there, Pippa led international sales efforts at CNN's Great Big Story, playing a key role in delivering innovative campaigns for prominent brands such as UBS, Dubai Tourism, and Ford.
Previous roles include leading commercial teams at Box Network and sales roles at PlayStation and Spotify.
Beyond the professional arena, Pippa is an advocate for equality in the workplace and is an active member of NBCUniversal's Women's Network, championing the cause of gender equality.
Pippa is married and has two young daughters, Martha and Ruby and finds balance through a love for fitness. Originally from Manchester, Pippa has lived in London since university and has a background in Philosophy from UCL, and a Masters in Publishing.

Katsur has previously held business and technology leadership positions at companies including DoubleClick, MediaMath, Rubicon, Sonoboi, and most recently Nexstar Media Group, and more. A sought-after speaker, he has appeared at events including the National Association of Broadcasters, AdAge’s Brand Summit, and Advertising Week and has been quoted in AdAge, Adweek, AdExchanger, Digiday and The Wall Street Journal.
