Vitality is the first insurance company to reward people for healthy living. We’re owned by Discovery Holdings, a leading global insurer with over 4.4 million clients.

Vitality is looking to redefine the health and life insurance market by rewarding healthy customers rather than focusing on ‘doom and gloom stories’.

Vitality was launched at the end of 2014 when parent company Discovery acquired the remaining shareholding in PruHealth and PruProtect, and rebranded the businesses as VitalityHealth and VitalityLife, continuing to develop the brand’s core social purpose – to make people healthier.

 To stand out against the primarily blue logos and branding of competitors in the insurance space, Vitality is known for shocking pink and by the dachshund called Stanley.
