IAB UK response to the VSP requirements in the AVMSD

The Audiovisual Media Services Directive (AVMSD) is the regulatory framework governing EU-wide coordination of national legislation on all audiovisual media, which the Government consulted on implementing into UK law. Separately, the Government also consulted on the elements of the AVMSD which relate specifically to Video Sharing Platforms (VSPs), which the IAB has responded to below.
