About Sophia

Sophia began her career in digital, working in creative agencies including Proximity London, Joshua Interactive and Dare. As group account director, she delivered digital strategy and integrated campaigns for Sainsbury’s, Barclays and ITV to name a few. 

She joined the IAB in March 2011 and during her time at the IAB has been Director of Marketing and Communications, and then returned from maternity leave to become Director of PR and Communications. She has since moved into a new role and as Director of Transformation, leads the ID&E group to champion our members’ ID&E initiatives as well as making sure diversity & inclusion is at the heart of the IAB’s business and outputs. 

Sophia has a great interest in people management and development, having mentored on the NABS Fast Forward training programme, and has a big passion for Spain and speaking the language.
