Working with clients in regulated industries?
We have been working to help our members understand advertising policy and regulation in the UK.
Most recently, we have been helping members navigate the ban on advertising less healthy food and drink products online, which officially came into force in January 2026. Getting to grips with the rules can feel daunting, but IAB UK has you covered. We're also actively working with government and regulators on issues like scam ads and fraud, data protection and privacy, and many more.
If you or your clients have questions on the regulation then we’d be happy to help share some guidance. Please email [email protected]
